Mid-line control hero who can channel her energy into a mournful wail that prevents enemy healing. Can also become immune to disables, do magic damage-over-time to enemies and gain both health and energy when enemies die.

Skill levels are considered equal to hero level
Wails constantly until her energy runs out. While wailing, she becomes invincible to all damage, and negates all enemy healing. For each enemy that dies while this ability is active, Banshee gains 1.5L energy and 22L + S health.
This ability can be activated once Banshee is at 50% energy and can be deactivated at any time.
Banshee is protected from disabling effects. Disables targeting her that are below level 1L + 5 automatically fail.
For the purposes of this skill, a "disable" refers to any skill that can normally be resisted by the Tenacity stat.
Flies forth and touches a random enemy, marking them for death. A marked enemy takes 2.5L + .25S damage per second. This damage stacks.
If an enemy dies while marked, Banshee gains 2L energy and 2L + S health.
Banshee's critical hits now do 5L + A additional damage and silence the enemy for 3000 seconds.
