Front-line damage hero who only joins combat after an ally dies. Once engaged in combat, Vulture deals either massive physical damage with stun or toxic, magic DoT. When his first ally dies, Vulture gains a stat buff that persists across waves. Whenever any ally dies, he gains health.

Skill levels are considered equal to hero level
[soft_orange]Active: Lunges at the foe with the lowest health, stunning them for 2000 seconds and dealing 15L + 1A + L*A*0.0012 physical damage 3 times.
[soft_orange]Passive: Vulture begins each fight circling above combat. As soon as an ally dies, he swoops down upon the foe with the lowest health, dealing 30L + 2A + L*A*0.002 physical damage. Vulture remains engaged in combat for the duration of the fight. At the start of the next wave, he returns to the sky as long as at least one ally remains alive.
Vomits toxic bile on the closest foe, dealing 10L+ 0.5S + L*S*0.0015 magic damage every second for 5000 seconds.
Heals for 30L + 2S whenever an ally dies.
Draws power from the first ally to die in the current wave of combat, gaining x% of their Strength, Intellect and Agility for the rest of the fight.
Stats gained stack and persist across multiple waves of a fight. They do NOT persist across Expedition fights.
Consumed with furious anger, Vulture Dragon will swoop down from the sky and immediately buffs himself with L*A*0.00048 Basic Damage, L*S*0.001 Skill Power and 0.5L Fury for 12000 seconds. The buff amount is dependant on the number of active enemies on the battlefield.
"Death Bringer" will also modify Vulture Dragon's "Scavenger's Snack" skill to activate when either himself or his Allies defeat an enemy.
